1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EternaMark02 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

EternaMark02 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing:

• Intellectual property protection and timestamped ownership documentation
• QR Vault for secure content sharing with NDA gating
• TapQR peer-to-peer and merchant payment processing
• 24-hour IP surveillance and monitoring
• Prior art similarity scanning

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each individual or entity may maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. EternaMark02 does not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you upload remains your property. By using the Service, you grant EternaMark02 a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The platform's timestamping and watermarking features create documentation of your claims but do not constitute legal registration of IP rights. We recommend consulting qualified legal counsel for formal IP protection.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use the platform for money laundering or illicit financial activity
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse platform systems

7. Limitation of Liability

EternaMark02 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EternaMark02 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
